A strong grasp of streaming technology and a knack for problem-solving are essential. You’ll also handle administrative tasks, including invoicing and contract management. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients are paramount. Additionally, a willingness to learn new tools and technologies, like ChatGPT, will help you streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Communication: Respond to client emails using templates, addressing technical, content, and event-related inquiries.
- Maintain friendly and proactive communication, especially in the hospitality industry, and diffuse client frustrations.
- Technical Support: Gain foundational knowledge of streaming technology to assist with troubleshooting basic issues.
- Administrative Tasks: Issue and track invoices, follow up on overdue payments using Wave.
- Contract Management: Review and prepare amendments, quotations, and contract agreements in Wave.
- Prospecting & Meetings: Coordinate meetings during travel, using templates and prospect lists for smooth arrangements.
- Communication Tools: Use tools like ChatGPT to draft or review emails, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in client communication.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail.
- Basic accounting knowledge and legal experience with contracts, invoicing, and contract management.
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry, with an eagerness to learn about music and hospitality.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn about streaming technology and related tools.
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and with grace.
