What does it take
To excel as our Finance Officer, you’ll need a strong foundation in accounting or finance, ideally backed by a CPA certification. A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate settlements is crucial, as you’ll be navigating complex financial transactions and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. A deep understanding of settlement procedures and a keen eye for detail will be essential in this role.
