What does it take

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Your role is to attract and identify top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning with organisational needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the hiring process, including background checks and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates.
  • Promote the company’s brand and culture to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methods and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
